In view of improving the activity regarding the best conditions for W.T.F.S.K.F. to function at the level of world entities, the Executive Board of W.T.F.S.K.F. has decided:

      1. Stages and seminars conducted by Prof. Dr. Ilija Jorga, Shihan 9 DAN, would be held (according to the program published on our web site www.fudokanworld.org, Stages section) every week-end, more precisely every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as it follows:

      Friday      – 2 hours of stage
      Saturday  – 3 hours before noon and 3 hours in the afternoon
      Sunday     – 3 hours before noon and 3 hours in the afternoon +                     exams
                   Cost of one stage hour – 170 €

      2. The organizer of the stage will provide these conditions for Sensei Ilija Jorga:

      - Accommodation and meals in a minimum 3* hotel
      - A car with driver available for Sensei Jorga during the stage period

At the stages, prof. dr. Ilija Jorga may be accompanied by an OFFICIAL of W.T.F.S.K.F. For this person, the organizer should provide:
      - meals and round trip transportation (motor or flight)
      - a daily allowance of € 200, per stage day
      (WTFSKF shall pay for the accommodation)

The OFFICIAL of W.T.F.S.K.F. can be the President of W.T.F.S.K.F. or another person appointed by the latter.
Please confirm the number of hours of stage you want and the payments for the round trip, the honorary for the stage and the daily allowance for the WTFSKF OFFICIAL - made in W.T.F.S.K.F.

at least 10 days before the beginning of the stage.

      3. Candidates willing to take DAN exams with Sensei Ilija Jorga shall be nominated by instructors and coaches in an application sent to the World Federation by e-mail, at fudokanworld@vodafone.it; fudokanworld@freesurf.ch, at least 10 days before the stage, together with the proof of payment for the costs of the exam and the diploma, according to the tariffs approved for this competitional year.

     Complying with these rules is absolutely necessary for maintaining firm discipline, both regarding the performance sporting activity and the financial aspect.
     We are asking all the federations, organizations, affiliated clubs to comply with the rules mentioned in the present announcement, rules that make possible the stages conducted by Sensei Ilija JORGA
